Volunteer orientation is scheduled for every
other Saturday at 9:30 am to 11:00 am weather permitting. Class size is restricted to 6 people and you must register and be confirmed in advance of the class.

While we are very fortunate to have an onsite surgical suite to help control costs, Poodle Rescue of Houston frequently provides or contracts for medical services for ill or injured rescued dogs, beyond normal spaying / neutering, testing and treatment for heartworm and other parasites, and dental care.  Costs can far exceed adoption revenues.
