Cyrus is the third dog adopted from PRH by Allison and her family. His PRH name was Poppy and we rescued him with a badly damaged eye, Our veterinarian determined that his eye couldn't be saved so she had to remove it. After a lengthy time of recovery and rehabilitation, he found the wonderful new life with Allison and her family that every dog deserves. His adoption date was March 15, 2017.
